Reformer

One of the most recognised pieces of Pilates apparatus, the Reformer uses a moving carriage, springs, straps and footbar to create both resistance and support.

Tower

Tower — A versatile piece of Pilates equipment using springs, bars and straps to provide support and resistance. Ideal for building strength, flexibility, control and mobility through the whole body.

Tower work helps develop strength, flexibility, control and body awareness, while allowing for a wide variety of movements from gentle, supported exercises to more challenging full-body work.

Ladder Barrel

A classic piece of Pilates equipment designed to support spinal mobility, flexibility, strength and alignment. Its curved barrel allows the body to move and strengthen the core.

A traditional piece of Pilates apparatus designed to support the body through a wide range of movements. Its curved barrel and ladder provide opportunities to stretch, strengthen and mobilise the spine, while developing flexibility, control and core strength.

Wunda Chair

The smallest and most demanding piece in the studio. Control comes from you.

A compact and versatile piece of traditional Pilates equipment, the Wunda Chair uses spring resistance to both support and challenge the body. It develops strength, balance, control and stability through precise, purposeful movement.

The foundation of the Pilates method. The classical mat order, taught as a sequence.

Small Group Classes
